EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

In order to be an effective leader, you need to communicate with empathy, take responsibility, inspire others, and to empower your team to be great. How do you create a high-performance team when there is conflict and differing personality styles? This workshop focuses on conflict resolution and being able to look at yourself by being more self-aware and managing your emotions. You will be able to identify your strengths/weaknesses and turn your weaknesses into something that you can manage and grow into. We will also discuss the pitfalls of communication and how you can be proactive rather than reactive. We will discuss real-live examples to understand how you can solve problems in the workplace and discuss strategies so that you and your team are more engaged and productive.

COMMUNICATING WITH CONFIDENCE

The most effective leaders know how to communicate clearly, persuade, influence, and connect with their audience. This workshop will teach you the essential linguistic techniques to enable you to effectively communicate your message. We’ll also review common communication pitfalls women make.

AMPLIFYING YOUR VOICE

Ever been in a situation where you feel people don’t hear what you say? The right message needs the right delivery to come across effectively but determining the most appropriate way to do so can be tricky in cross-cultural environments. This workshop focuses on what to do to make sure your voice is heard.

MANAGING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS

Difficult conversations are scary because the stakes are high and there is a real cost of failure, which makes everyone more defensive. Here you’ll learn how to step confidently into difficult conversations knowing that you can manage the process.

 

PRESENTING & PUBLIC SPEAKING

In this workshop you will have an opportunity to practice how to present your data, products, and company with confidence in a comfortable and non-confrontational setting. You will learn how to summarize, strategize, and simplify your message and use accurate grammar, tense, and a wider vocabulary.

MANAGING STRESS

We all live full lives and most of us are constantly juggling work and life responsibilities. This can leave us feeling overwhelmed and cause high levels of stress. How do we deal with that? This workshop will include relaxation skills, boundary-setting, sleep hygiene, and finding a healthy outlet so that you can have the work/life balance that you deserve.

NEGOTIATING WITH CONFIDENCE

This workshop will explore how to effectively apply the Principles of Persuasion in speaking and writing to move people to change and say “yes”. It will discuss the key elements of an effective negotiation and how to prepare for it, including the unique challenges that women face when they negotiate.
